Responsible for personnel, financial performance, sales, marketing, training, web design and web develoment. Project manager of the Community web site, Cyber Cafe, IT training and Internet Marketing.

I currently use Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe GoLive CS, Apple Works 6, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Filemaker Pro 5, Fetch, Microsoft Office and Front page. I am competent on both Mac and PC platforms.

I developed, delivered and evaluated several IT training courses. From beginners computer training, Internet usage to website design and development.

1995 - 1996 Designer, administrator and lecturer on several education programmes: Essence of Arts in Community, Touch the Earth and the Community Studies Programme.

1993 - 1994 Director of one year membership programme.
The running and facilitation of this programme involved educational sessions and tours, individual counselling, and liaison with the students’ places of work.

1982 - 1993 Landscape Designer and Head Gardener
Head of an 8 acre ornamental and vegetable garden. Set up a successful dried flower business. Manager of 8 staff and an average of 10 volunteers. I designed and managed several large landscape projects and private gardens.

The Findhorn Foundation is an NGO (Non Governmental Organisation) member of the United Nations Environment and Development UK Committee. It is an international educational centre focused on ecology, economy and culture. It comprises approximately 80 employees, 60 volunteers and students, and welcomes approximately 10,000 guests every year into its educational programmes.
